Welcome to Treasero. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Treasero web app, website, and related services. By creating an account or using Treasero, you agree to these Terms.

Treasero provides budgeting tools that help you plan your month, record spending, compare planned and actual amounts, and use specialized trackers. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use the results shown in the app.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Use a strong, unique password.

Treasero is a budgeting and organization tool.

`We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.`

Treasero, including its AI assistant, does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Suggestions and figures shown in the app are for informational purposes only. For decisions about taxes, debt, or investing, consult a qualified professional.

Calculations are based entirely on the information you enter. We work to keep the service accurate but cannot guarantee that every figure is free of errors.

• Use Arewno for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to access another user’s account

Purchases and Payments

Access to Treasero requires a one-time purchase of Lite or Premium. There is no free trial.

Lite and Premium are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Nothing renews automatically. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, and we never store your full card details.

Prices are shown before purchase. Refund requests can be sent to team@vrstvastudio.cz within 14 days of purchase, or as required by applicable consumer law.

Intellectual Property

Treasero and its software, design, branding, and content are owned by Treasero and protected by intellectual property laws. Your budget data remains yours at all times.

You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the service without our written permission.

Service Providers

Treasero relies on trusted providers, including Supabase for secure data storage and authentication, to operate the service.

We never sell or share your budget data. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment processing is also subject to the terms of our payment processor.

Termination

You may stop using Treasero and delete your account and data at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if continued use creates a security, legal, or operational risk. Where possible, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Treasero is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or completely error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treasero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for financial decisions made based on the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Treasero.
